This paper presents the development and evaluation of an augmented reality (AR) mobile application called ABM TORQZ, aimed at motorcycle maintenance, with a focus on improving access to technical information during the process. Using computer vision integrated with the Vuforia platform and Unity environment, the system recognizes components through images and displays technical data, such as recommended torque and assembly sequences, directly on the smartphone interface. Validation was carried out with experts from the motorcycle industry, who gave the application an average score of 9.1, highlighting its accuracy, usability, and productivity gains. The proposal contributes to reducing errors and optimizing the time in maintenance operations, aligning with digitalization and automation trends in the motorcycle industry. The study discusses the integration of AR with other technologies, highlighting its potential to transform traditional practices in the context of digital transformation in the automotive scenario.
