Industrial maintenance management still suffers from delays in information flow and low record reliability, impacting availability, prioritization, and planning. This study aims to demonstrate, through Design Science Research (DSR), how a low-code solution can reduce order acceptance time and institutionalize digital maintenance routines in a real-world environment. The solution was developed in Microsoft PowerApps, integrated with SharePoint and Outlook, and incorporates authentication, mandatory fields with timestamps, a service queue, and cloud-based history. Validation took place in the factory with operators and maintenance managers. The results indicated a 56% reduction in average acceptance time, an estimated annual savings of 820 man-hours, and a 3.2% increase in OEE. The scientific contribution lies in demonstrating that low-code solutions can structure data routines and reduce delays in information flow with low integration effort, providing a consistent basis for advanced analytics, such as call prioritization and assisted diagnostics, differentiating it from more costly and complex approaches described in the literature.
