Índices de evasão na aprendizagem industrial e o abastecimento de mão de obra jovem na indústria regional

Dropout rates from professional training programs are closely monitored by training institutions and government agencies. Through this study and experience report, we sought to understand the main reasons for truency related to Industrial Learning Programs (AI). Seven main reasons for dropping out of students were observed, where what most caught the attention of the authors was the close relationship of this dropout rate to the supply of experienced and young labor for the industrial region in the city of Joinville in the State of Santa Catarina, considering that the most cited reason by the students, when registering their withdrawal from the Program, was “Another employment opportunity”.
