Detecção de fraudes no segmento de crédito financeiro utilizando aprendizado de máquina: uma revisão da literatura

Abstract

Financial fraud is a growing threat with negative consequences, both for the financial sector and for society itself. While data mining has proven to be a useful tool in detecting credit card fraud, it has also faced challenges as the profiles of normal and fraudulent behavior are constantly changing, where the types of fraudulent transactions closely approximate legitimate ones.

This paper aims to survey the literature, indicate which types of algorithms are most used in the detection of fraud in the use of credit cards.
