Abstract

This manuscript deals with the elaboration of a strategic pedagogical project and the use of LEGO® Serious Play® as a diagnostic method, involving the Banrisul employees in the analysis of the corporate education model and review of the pedagogical practices and policies of the respective Corporate University. It is characterized by a qualitative case study of exploratory strategy. The unit of analysis was the transformation of the Corporate University into a Networked Corporate University. The study involved the participation of employees from administrative units and bank branches. As a result, we identified the expansion of knowledge about the participants themselves - their values, their skills, the processes that are involved; the exchange of information and organizational perspectives on strategic and market objectives, identification and relationship with stakeholders and the role of corporate education on these aspects.
