This article aims to discuss the implementation of the S&OP process in a construction industry company located in the region of Joinville, Santa Catarina, using Lean Office techniques. The study seeks to address the main activities carried out within the scope of Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), the methods used throughout the execution cycle in the observed organization, and the results achieved. The use of the Kaizen tool is highlighted as a means of generating engagement and accelerating the project’s execution. As a result, the S&OP process was established within the organization, the business areas involved were connected, the deliverables were defined, and the process was executed within the same period. In addition, the active involvement of teams and business areas in the implementation process is also emphasized.
