This article aims to encourage the enhancement of accessibility in vocational schools by bringing to light the results obtained in an applied research developed at the SENAI unit of Joinville SC. The objectives of this research were to “plan, develop, train and promote the maintenance of an Accessibility Laboratory for visual, auditory and motor disabled to support teaching / learning activities “. Being an applied research it became necessary to adopt different methodologies and techniques, including, qualitative and quantitative research, field research, and bibliographic and documentary research, developed in institutions with a focus on inclusion, and with students and professionals with disabilities. After analyzing the results a managerial report was prepared to present the targets achieved for each proposed objective. It is possible to emphasize that accessibility can be promoted through the commitment of the partners. Actions that result in knowledge and resources for inclusion make a difference in education.
