This experience report explored the use of the Educaplay platform as a pedagogical tool in professional education classes in the management field. Initially, the importance of digital technologies in mediating teaching and learning was presented. The method involved the application of educational games in traditional classrooms, using mobile devices to access the activities. The implementation of the activities followed the PDCA cycle, allowing for careful planning, continuous monitoring, and adaptation to challenges encountered, such as connectivity issues and operational difficulties with devices. The results indicated that integrating games into teaching strategies not only increased student engagement but also contributed to learning, highlighting the instructor’s role as a mediator in the use of technology. Despite the challenges, the study reinforces the potential of digital tools to enhance the educational process, making it more dynamic and accessible, especially when aligned with students’ characteristics and needs.
